Mr Loh Kiah Seng appeared at our monthly gathering on Saturday, 13 April 2019 at the ITE Central at Ang Mo Kio. He was reconnected with us after a hiatus of about 40 years. Like all of us, he joined the 3-year residential training course as Organising Secretaries. After our graduation as trained and qualified Community and Youth Workers, we were assigned to various locations for relevant field works. He retired from the Singapore Civil Defence Force and had become a proud grandfather.
